Refund Policy

You agree that Alka Services Inc. may modify this Agreement and the Services from time to time. You agree to be bound by any changes Alka Services Inc. may reasonably make to this Agreement when such changes are made. If You have purchased Services or Software from Alka Services Inc., the term of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as long as You take advantage of and use the Software or Services. In the event You terminate Your usage, Alka Services Inc. will not refund any amounts You have paid.

The only refunds accepted are related to our web design services, and those will be accepted only if they are made in the 30 days after the intial deposit has been paid. The amount of the refund will be the full amount you've paid, minus the cost of the domain name, for which you are the owner.

You agree that Alka Services Inc. shall not be bound by any representations made by third parties who You may use to purchase Services from Alka Services Inc., and that any statement of a general nature, which may be posted on Alka Services Inc.’s Web site or contained in Alka Services Inc.’s promotional materials, will not bind Alka Services Inc. Alka Services Inc. may, at times, offer certain promotions with different charges and features.

You agree that You will be responsible for notifying Alka Services Inc. should You desire to terminate Your use of Alka Services Inc.'s Services. Notification of Your intent to terminate must be provided to Alka Services Inc. no earlier than 30 days prior to Your billing date.
